DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSPORT: Once your packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. If there is any damage to the package upon delivery, please contact USPS at (1-800-275-8777).

NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: All purchases are final sale! We do not accept returns or exchanges unless you received the wrong item, or there was a defect with your product. If so, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order with a picture of the item(s) and a brief description of the issue. I noticed some settling of pigments in my MAK Glosses. Is this normal? 

Yes! Due to the organic properties within our MAK Glosses, you may notice some settling of pigments within them. This factor; however, will not affect the color, quality, or application of your gloss!
